Hysteresis Brake Motor Lifespan Test Bench

The motor lifespan testing equipment uses a system composed of a hysteresis brake and a smart constant current source. The Motor Lifespan Testing System is an advanced motor lifespan testing software that allows data acquisition under computer operating systems (Windows 7/XP/10). It consists of:

The MOTOR-TEST testing software is written in LABVIEW and features unique testing and graphical plotting capabilities. It can calculate and display multiple parameters (e.g., current) and is capable of testing a wide variety of motors’ lifespans. With its user-friendly interface, the generated test data can be stored, displayed, and easily converted into tables.
