GEP-1040: This system is built upon a dynamometer, load controller, flow meter, emission analyzer, and other peripheral testing equipment. It enables online debugging of engines through control via LabVIEW software. The system utilizes electric start, eliminating the need for manual starting, and the entire testing process is conducted within a noise-controlled enclosure, maintaining noise levels below 75 decibels. It is designed for power, fuel consumption, and emission testing of various non-road engines, as well as direct sampling tests for data collection and processing.

This system is characterized by its comprehensive functionality, high reliability, user-friendly operation, and strong expandability.

  • Utilizes a dynamometer load to achieve adjustable and controllable load management.
  • Employs high-speed cylinders for electric starting instead of manual pull-starting, with automatic throttle control.
  • Designed with a soundproof shell to keep noise below 75dB as per national standards, allowing direct placement on U-shaped assembly lines for lean production and improved efficiency.
  • Test bench incorporates shock-absorbing design to ensure that maximum vibrations do not affect the engine’s normal operation.
  • The test chamber is equipped with an exhaust system to ensure the internal environment does not impact the engine’s performance.

Enables visual management with real-time online display of test parameters. The system automatically compares actual measured values with standard values for judgment and provides automatic prompts indicating the current testing phase and status (managed via signal lights)

Features:

  • Automatic storage and management of test data, with the ability to connect to a database for secure data management and perform data analysis as required.
  • Chinese user interface, divided into an engineering interface and an operator interface, with customizable permissions based on customer requirements.
  • Engineers can set up and save testing programs based on different product testing needs. During testing, operators simply need to call the corresponding program using the product code. The system also supports QR code scanning to automatically identify and invoke the appropriate testing program, ensuring error-proofing and comprehensive traceability.
