Application of Robotic Joint Motor Testing
This equipment can test both joint motors and joints. The joint motor testing primarily involves simulating the performance of joint motors under different load conditions. This includes the operational characteristic curves of joint motors in open-loop states and efficiency cloud diagrams in closed-loop states.
The main aspects of joint testing are the operational performance under steady-state torque conditions, including transmission accuracy, operational characteristic curves, etc. It is also necessary to test the performance of joints under dynamic torque conditions.
It is recommended that this test bench adopts a system configuration with two workstations: one for joint motor performance testing and the other for robotic joint testing. Robotic joint testing is further divided into steady-state torque testing and dynamic torque testing.
